Unlocking Sutra’s Potential: A UX Review for Engagement and Conversion

The following is a UX audit example prepared for Sutra. While our full audits typically span 20 to 30 pages and include comprehensive analysis, this condensed version is designed for demonstration purposes. It highlights how applying data-driven UX principles can significantly boost engagement and conversion rates. Sutra's current approach hints at powerful frameworks like problem-agitation-solution (PAS), but certain key elements have not been executed with maximum impact. For instance, while the statistic that 97% of online courses go unfinished is compelling, reframing it as 'Only 3% of Online Courses Get Finished' in the headline immediately grabs attention, positions Sutra as uniquely aware of the problem, and builds trust. Throughout this audit, we explore how leveraging motivators like imagination, reframing features as benefits, building trust through credibility, and directly addressing user objections can transform a standard website into a high-converting platform. Below are a few visual examples of these ideas in action.
